In Djottin, Cameroon, researchers are looking for a new method for stool concentration and to determine the prevalence of intestinal parasite infection among primary school students. Among the approaches discussed above, Ritchie's method (1948) is highlighted, which is based on a well-established methodology for diagnosing helminths and protozoa in faeces using centrifugal sedimentation in a formaldehyde ether solution. In a centrifuge tube, 1 gramme of stool sample was emulsified in 10 mL of normal saline and spun at 3.0 rpm for 10 minutes. The supernatant was thrown away. To wash the stool sample, this procedure was repeated twice. The students T-Test was used to statistically analyse the data received from the evaluation of the stool samples and other parts of this study. formol-petrol, and direct sme. One of the problems impeding accurate diagnosis is the high expense of proper stool testing using the concentration approach, which this study addresses by offering a less expensive and more effective method.

Asthma is the most common respiratory disorder in Canada. Despite significant improvement in the diagnosis and management of this disorder, the majority of Canadians with asthma remain poorly controlled. In most patients, however, control can be achieved through the use of avoidance measures and appropriate pharmacological interventions. Inhaled corticosteroids (ICS) represent the standard of care for the majority of patients. Combination ICS/long-acting beta2-agonist inhalers are preferred for most adults who fail to achieve control with ICS therapy. Biologic therapies targeting immunoglobulin E or interleukin-5 are recent additions to the asthma treatment armamentarium and may be useful in select cases of difficult to control asthma. Allergen-specific immunotherapy represents a potentially disease-modifying therapy for many patients with asthma, but should only be prescribed by physicians with appropriate training in allergy. In addition to avoidance measures and pharmacotherapy, essential components of asthma management include: regular monitoring of asthma control using objective testing measures such as spirometry, whenever feasible; creation of written asthma action plans; assessing barriers to treatment and adherence to therapy; and reviewing inhaler device technique. This article provides a review of current literature and guidelines for the appropriate diagnosis and management of asthma in adults and children.

Recognizing human walk is emerging as a critically important biometrics, challenging computer vision problem. Human walking is a commonplace occurrence, yet it is regulated by complex cerebral regulatory mechanisms. Walking dysfunction is a condition that affects a large number of people. Stroke survivors have a very high prevalence of this condition. Changes in your regular gait are known as gait dysfunctions.A walking pattern that is frequently linked to an illness or abnormality in many parts of the body.. The majority of stroke patients achieve an independent gait, many do not reach a walking level that enable them to perform all their daily activities. Paediatric physiotherapy can use gait analysis to help identify the issues with developmental delay along with more general injury recovery. The correction of any biochemical abnormalities that are affecting gait can improvemuscle strength, flexibility and overall mobility. To complement the improvement and treatment basic treatment techniques are applied such as stretching and strengthening exercises, muscle imbalance correction and gait pattern correction exercises. In addition to physiotherapy, yoga practice has the positive effect on balance and gait parameters. It is feasible to conclude that asanas and stretching exercises included in the yoga program brought about such a positive effect, and therefore it is possible to use yoga programs to solveproblems caused by musculoskeletal disorders.

According to the ancient era, there were no such facilities provided to employees by corporate sectors, but recent research shows that those corporate sectors that hire physiotherapists are working to improve the health of their employees, which is directly beneficial to the company as well. Physiotherapists also accept referrals from general practitioners and specialists. Such direct referral allows health difficulties and other medical disorders to be addressed in the corporate medical centre without losing time, which is an important aspect in lowering expenses and freeing up time for corporate sector personnel to focus on the company's success.
